I’ve spent the last 14 years specialising in email and CRM working with globally recognised brands such as lululemon and Mr Porter. 

After graduating from the London College of Fashion, I started my career in fashion buying and merchandising, but quickly became obsessed with data and customer experience, which naturally led me to digital marketing.

Since then, I’ve helped brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, healthcare and beyond turn CRM into a meaningful revenue and retention channel. From global businesses to growing independent brands, I combine strategy, data and creative thinking to build customer experiences that deliver real results.
