THE CHALLENGE
Loop Cashmere wanted to maximise the revenue generated from their email automations (flows) while continuing to deliver strong business-as-usual marketing campaigns.
Although their regular sends were performing well, they lacked the resources to review and optimise their automated flows as well as launch new ones. That’s where TSS stepped in—using over a decade of expertise to identify opportunities, guide optimisation, and implement improvements that elevated performance.
THE APPROACH
STEP 1: THE AUDIT
Loop already had a few flows in mind to implement, but also wanted an independent review of their existing setup to uncover opportunities for improvement. A comprehensive audit was carried out, covering the entire customer journey, segmentation, engagement strategy, and key commercial metrics.
The findings were presented to the client, alongside recommendations for new flows that could deliver an immediate uplift in revenue and strengthen customer loyalty.
STEP 2: FLOW OPTIMISATION
After agreeing on the new flows to launch and areas for optimisation, in-depth brand and competitor research was carried out before moving into copywriting, design, and building the flows within Klaviyo.
Adopting segmentation to tailor creative and messaging based on geography and customer purchasing behaviour, the existing Welcome flow was refined, and new automations such as Abandoned Browse and Post-Purchase were introduced to capture additional revenue opportunities.
STEP 3: COLLABORATION
Collaborating closely with the Loop team ensured consistency across every email and created opportunities to share expertise for ongoing optimisation and growth.
